Paper Dynamite in 9 pt. font

So I am inspired yet again. Gandhi said the following: "You Christians look after a document containing enough dynamite to blow all civilisation to pieces, turn the world upside down and bring peace to a battle-torn planet. But you treat it as though it is nothing more than a piece of literature."

Why are we sitting on dynamite that can create peace? Why aren't we igniting it? Why am I not igniting it? How can I? Why do I just look at the book like it is just words. It isn't just words, that is the craziest thing. It is THE WORD. Which is such a totally deep concept, and way too religious for me to really enjoy, but I am trying to understand it. THE WORD means it is everything and is everyone and something way beyond comprehension. But some of it is so incredibly dry. boring. lists of names of Kings and Judges and sinners. But I am told it is my book. My story. Your story. Our story. I want to know how this works. How does this transformation occur? How can it become my story?
